As a result, we feel that every wedding photography package should be as flexible and customizable as possible. Are you having a multiple day wedding? Do you need extra album copies? Maybe you don’t really need more than one photographer? Don’t worry! We can create a custom package just for you.
Wedding Pictures by KS Studios
To give you a starting point, KS Studios has created a series of wedding photography collections that accommodate our most commonly purchased products and services. Within our Picture Perfect and Keepsake collections you have the option to choose from eight different wedding photography packages starting from $1600.
All of our wedding photography Toronto packages include a minimum of the following:
- 7 consecutive hours of coverage
- 2 photographers
- All digital high resolution images
- Up to 20 creatively edited images
- Highlight Reel
Process of Booking and Payment
KS Studios understands that picking a wedding photographer is an important and sensible step in planning any wedding. That is why we always want to try and meet our potential couples personally, before signing a contract. Whether it is in your home, at a local coffee shop, or even through Skype, we want to make that initial consultation as personal and conversational as possible.
We can appreciate that each and every couple visualizes their wedding differently and that is why we want to capture your personal and unique vision of the day. During your consultation, we will ask you many questions – where is the wedding, are there any traditional ceremonies or parts we should know about, what is the theme of your wedding, and so on. These questions help us to prepare to capture all of the picture perfect moments in such a way that your photographs will showcase your vision for many years to come.
In discussing all of your expectations and desires, we can then help you to decide which package would be best for you or, if need be, we can help you to create a custom package and contract that suits your wedding day needs.
At KS Studios, we believe in being as flexible as possible because, at the end of the day, you are hiring us to make your day all the more special and memorable. We make it so that you can always add any additional services to your package and, if something is not in the budget right now, you can always come to us after the wedding day an purchase additional things like albums, prints, or thank you cards.
When the contact is signed, we require a 35% deposit to book and secure your wedding day. This ensures that you will have your photographer exclusively booked for you. The remaining balance of your contract is due no later than the day of the wedding. You can either prepay your balance the week before or you can pay your photographer the night of – whichever option is easier for you! We also offer payment plans for those who would like to pay off their remaining balance on a monthly basis before the wedding. Simply ask for more information on how this might work for you when you have your consultation.
How long will it take to receive my wedding pictures?
After your wedding day, it can take us up to 60 days to complete all of the post processing on your images, however we try to get everything to you as soon as possible and typically run a 3-4 week turnaround timeline. The reason why it takes this long is because we go through each image individually and edit them for overall appearance and any technical issues.
How will I get my wedding photos?
What makes us different from other Toronto wedding photographers, or most photographers alike, is that our number one priority is our personal approach to every client. At KS Studios, we really try to add a personal touch to all of our final products. Once your wedding photographs are complete, we will contact you directly to arrange a time for us to deliver your package to your doorstep or to meet at a convenient location. You will be presented with a beautiful gift box that contains a branded KS Studios USB stick that has all of high-resolution digital negative files, some information on our printing services, chocolate for when you sit down to look at your photographs, and a small gift from KS Studios to say thank you for choosing us to capture your vision!
