How to Book Your Wedding Videography Expert?
At KS Studios, we try to meet with our potential couples at least one time before the wedding. This meeting can be at your home, a local coffee shop, or even over Skype. We will ask you a lot of questions, so, be ready! All of these questions give us the opportunity to come to your wedding prepared and aware of all of the things that are important to you. Our videography packages are all full day packages, which means, that your videographer is booked exclusively for you. We do this because we understand that weddings can sometimes have last minute changes or that sometimes the schedule might run late. By having your wedding videographer exclusively booked for you it eliminates the need to stress and worry about the time.
How Is the Sound and Editing of the Video Done?
At your wedding ceremony, our videographers will always attach a microphone to you or plug into the digital system of the microphone being used by the location. Similarly, at your reception, your videographer will plug into the DJ’s sound. This ensures that all of the voice recordings, such as, vows, speeches, and more, will always be clear and crisp with no noise in the background. By plugging into the DJ’s system, we can also use all of the important songs you have chosen for the day in your final edits. Once your wedding is over, our editing team begins to edit together your highlight video as well as your full day video using professional grade programs and editing software.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Wedding Video?
After your wedding day, it can take us up to 60 days to complete all of the post processing on your video, however we try to get everything to you as soon as possible and typically run a 3-4 week turnaround timeline. The reason why it takes this long is because we go through each part of the footage individually and edit them for overall appearance and any technical issues.
Once all of your video editing is complete, you will receive a video case that contains a DVD with your edited highlight video as well as a Blue-Ray disc with your full day edited video. If you do not have a disc player, we can also put all of the videos on a USB stick. Your wedding video will contain all the best moments of your night and we hope that it will bring you back to the magical moments of you wedding day every time you watch it!
